DIGITAL PRESENCE

The first thirty seconds a customer spends looking at your company.

Customers check you before they meet you. What they see first is usually a search result, a business card and an email address.

THEY CHECK BEFORE THEY MEET

Every new company is judged in three places

The email address

A free mailbox on a public domain tells a customer the company is new and possibly not yet settled.

The search result

Finding nothing is also an answer — and usually the answer that makes a customer stop.

The website

One page that says what you do, for whom, and how to reach you is enough to move from doubt to a booking.

THE MINIMUM SET

Enough to look settled, and no more than that

A logo that works at every size, one consistent set of colours and type, a website that states what you actually do, email on your own domain, and one social page where somebody answers. That is enough for the first two years.

Apus Launch builds the website and the account is in your name — edit it yourself later if you want, or take it with you.

PACKAGED WORK

Scope stated up front, never billed by the hour

Logo and core identity

Three directions, two revision rounds, delivered with source files and a guide to colour, type and spacing.

Seven working days. Includes business card, email signature and social avatars.

Extended identity

Adds five applied items such as packaging, signage, uniforms, staff badges or a presentation template.

Twelve working days.

Template website

Start from a template, then adapt colour, type and content for up to seven pages with search basics in place.

Seven working days from the moment content is complete.

Custom website

Designed from scratch for up to twelve pages, with two revision rounds.

Three weeks.

AFTER IT GOES LIVE

Either someone keeps it moving every month, or nobody does

A site that is built and then left alone starts to look dated within a few months. The monthly work is priced apart from the packages above because it is a different commitment: every month someone writes, publishes and reports back.

Content management

Page updates, articles and social posts on a schedule agreed at the start of each month.

Already inside Run Growth.

Running ads

Campaigns built, ad copy written, results watched weekly and budgets turned up or down — on ad accounts held in your name.

Quoted separately; not part of Run Growth.

A one-page report each month

What was done, what was spent, how many enquiries came back — readable in five minutes.

You pay Google, Meta or TikTok directly from your own account; Apus never collects that spend and never takes a percentage of it.

TERMS ON THE PAGE

Six things said in advance so a fixed price can survive

The clock stops while we wait

Committed timelines run only while we have your content and your feedback.

A revision round is one collected set of notes

Notes arriving in pieces are not counted as several rounds, and they do not reset the counter either.

A change of direction is not a revision

Changing the brief after a direction is approved is new work, quoted separately.

You own the originals

On full payment the source files and usage rights are yours.

No advertising performance guarantee

We commit to process, cadence and reporting — never to sales figures or rankings.

One point of contact

Freelancers are managed by Apus; quality and deadlines remain Apus's responsibility.

ECOSYSTEM MAP

Which stage is your company in?

Apus does not sell one mandatory path. Each stage asks a different question — and one product answers it.

  1. No legal entity yet

Invoicing through a personal account and needing a company to issue invoices and sign contracts.

    • Apus Launch(you are here)
  2. New company, 0–12 months

The licence exists; now the books must be on time and the business must look settled.

  3. Trading steadily

Real revenue, and spreadsheets are no longer enough to run on.

  4. Staff, and repetitive work

Repetitive work is eating salaries — time to hand it to a machine.

  5. Departments

Several departments need one system and one set of numbers.
