A monthly fee for an agreed scope; anything outside it is quoted before the work starts.
WHAT A MONTH LOOKS LIKE
You appear twice: sending documents, and signing
Start of month
You send documents against a fixed checklist — photos are fine, no sorting required.
Mid-month
We post them and send back a reconciliation so you can confirm revenue and costs match reality.
Seven days before the deadline
The period is already prepared and you get the reminder — you never have to remind us.
End of period
The return is prepared in full, you sign and file, and your copy stays in your own records.
