ENTER VIETNAM WITH A WORKABLE PLAN

Start in Vietnam. Own it from day one.

Set up a company in Vietnam with Apus Launch coordinating the formation path and digital foundations, so your team avoids chasing disconnected providers or navigating every procedure in Vietnamese.

Free · No commitment · The checklist is yours to keep

Apus Launch provides implementation and coordination services. Website content is general information, not legal, tax, investment or immigration advice.

  • Company legal file
  • Digital signature ready to use
  • E-invoice flow
  • Company bank account
  • A domain in your name
  • Authenticated business email
  • An introduction landing page
  • A CRM that records customers
  • Credentials and operating documentation

WHERE YOU ARE

Two doors, depending on whether the company exists yet

Apus Launch does two different jobs. Picking the right door is faster than reading the whole page.

No company yet

You are invoicing through a personal account and need a legal entity to issue invoices, sign contracts and look established.

A company handled end to end — see Start a company.

The company exists

It is already trading, and the hard part is now books, tax dates, renewals and how the business looks each month.

Hand that to one point of contact — see Run a company.

THE REAL ENTRY BARRIERS

The paperwork is only one part of becoming operational

A new entity can be registered and still be unable to invoice, receive enquiries or give its team secure access.

The path changes with your structure

Ownership, planned activities and operating location affect the documents, dependencies and sequence you need to follow.

Each provider sees only one piece

Formation, banking, email and sales tools move on separate timelines unless someone manages the handoffs between them.

A status update is not a decision map

Without a shared checklist, it is hard to tell what your team must decide now and what is waiting on an external party.

Access can remain with the wrong people

Domains, inboxes and operating accounts become a long-term risk when ownership and administrator access are not designed for handover.

ONE IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Your company's first day, built by the team that builds business operating systems

APUS builds business systems, so Apus Launch treats company setup as the beginning of an operating environment—not as a stack of disconnected forms.

Bookkeeping and tax work runs under a chief accountant with more than twenty years in the profession, so your company's first filing months are nobody's training exercise.

You receive a documented scope, named outputs and a handover inventory. We publish client evidence or partner marks only after they are verified and approved.

A THREE-STEP PLAN

Move from an intended structure to assets your team controls

  1. Map the intended operation

Share ownership, activities, location and the real business milestone behind the setup.

  2. Approve scope and assumptions

Review the required path, external dependencies, week-by-week sequence and fixed quote before work begins.

  3. Receive the full handover

Take control of the agreed documents, accounts, credentials and operating guidance through one inventory.

THE HANDOVER INVENTORY

What you hold in your hands on handover day

Not an email attachment — an inventory of assets registered to you, each with operating guidance and a named person accountable for it.

  • Company legal file

The registration certificate, tax code and the complete set of documents used in the filing.

  • Digital signature ready to use

An activated device or account, with guidance for signing your first documents.

  • E-invoice flow

Issuing configuration and invoice templates, so the first transaction is not left waiting.

  • Company bank account

The account-opening contact is coordinated; company money stays separate from personal money.

  • A domain in your name

Administrative rights belong to the company — not held on your behalf.

  • Authenticated business email

Mailboxes on your domain, with sending and receiving records configured to reach the inbox.

  • An introduction landing page

One destination with your value proposition and a way to get in touch, where prospects can verify you.

  • A CRM that records customers

Leads flow into one place, ready for the first person responsible for them.

  • Credentials and operating documentation

Every access right transferred securely, with an inventory of who holds what.

The detailed inventory for each package is written into your quote before work begins.

ONE PLAN INSTEAD OF MANY THREADS

“Company formation Vietnam” is the search. A usable handover is the goal.

When you assemble providers yourself

Your team repeats context, tracks dependencies across conversations and must discover whether anything is missing before launch.

When Apus Launch coordinates the scope

You follow one decision list, see external dependencies clearly and receive assets under the agreed owner at handover.

WHAT WE PUT IN WRITING

Three commitments that live in the contract, not on a landing page

You are handing your company's first day to people you have not met yet. This is what Apus Launch is answerable for if something goes wrong.

The quote is fixed once the scope is agreed

The figure in the quote is the figure you pay. Anything outside the signed scope needs your confirmation before we act on it — no line reaches your invoice that you never agreed to.

If we cause the delay, we pay for it

When an item is handed over late because of an Apus Launch coordination failure, the coordination fee for that item is refunded.

This does not cover processing time at authorities, banks or third-party providers — Apus Launch coordinates those, it does not decide them.

The assets are yours, including on the way out

Domain, mailboxes, e-invoicing, digital signature, website and data are all created under your legal entity. End the engagement and administrative control is handed over in full; Apus Launch keeps nothing back as leverage.

A SCOPE THAT FITS THE PATH

Choose your handover level: from legally complete to ready to sell

Starter to sign and invoice validly; Professional when your offer needs to be believed; Premium when sales opportunities need follow-up; Elite when your model has requirements of its own.

Starter

Enough to sign your first contract and issue a valid invoice — the mandatory foundation, done right once.

Add individual items as the business needs more.

Professional

For when your offer needs an email address and a website customers can believe — a consistent digital presence from day one.

Includes Starter — for when the serious selling starts.

Premium

For when interest is already arriving and no opportunity can slip away — intake and sales follow-up connected and ready.

Includes Professional — for when opportunities outnumber your hours.

Elite

For when the business model has requirements of its own — a system designed around the way you operate.

Designed individually after the consultation, around the way you operate.

Compare implementation levels

All four levels share one handover standard: assets registered in your name, a checkable inventory and a named person accountable for each item.

A PATH BEYOND FORMATION

Launch, run, automate and scale without rebuilding the foundation

Apus Launch covers the launch and continuity layers. As the operation grows, the APUS ecosystem can support automation, point-of-sale work and broader operating management.

START WITH OWNERSHIP

Your entity, domain, accounts and data remain yours

Can we buy only selected services?

Yes. Apus Launch reviews what is already in place and quotes only the missing scope.

What if we already own a domain or email setup?

We assess the existing configuration, preserve what works and propose changes only where ownership, security or deliverability needs attention.

Who controls the credentials?

Administrative access is assigned to the agreed entity or owner and transferred through an appropriate handover method.

ECOSYSTEM MAP

Which stage is your company in?

Apus does not sell one mandatory path. Each stage asks a different question — and one product answers it.

  1. No legal entity yet

Invoicing through a personal account and needing a company to issue invoices and sign contracts.

    • Apus Launch(you are here)
  2. New company, 0–12 months

The licence exists; now the books must be on time and the business must look settled.

    • Apus Launch(you are here)
  3. Trading steadily

Real revenue, and spreadsheets are no longer enough to run on.

  4. Staff, and repetitive work

Repetitive work is eating salaries — time to hand it to a machine.

  5. Departments

Several departments need one system and one set of numbers.
